myHABITAT® Senses

Smart temperature and humidity sensor

myHABITAT Senses periodically reads the temperature and relative humidity of a room, storing them temporarily for subsequent transmission to your cellphone.

How to install your device

  1. Insert your favourite AAA alkaline battery in the back of the device. You can access the battery compartment by removing the screw on the battery cover using a Phillips screwdriver. (Battery and screwdriver not included)
  2. Find a wall to install your myHABITAT device, away from windows, heating/AC vents, fireplaces, appliances, and other sources of heat or electromagnetic interference.
  3. Peel off the protective liner from the interlocking tape and attach its adhesive surface vertically to the wall, 50 inches or 1.25m from the floor. Press and hold for a couple of minutes to ensure good adhesion.
  4. Peel the other liner to expose its adhesive and attach it to the back of the device. There are markers indicating its correct position. Press and hold for a couple of minutes as before.
  5. Attach your myHABITAT device to the wall.
  6. Download myHABITAT app from Apple’s App Store or from Google Play.
