Smart temperature and humidity sensor
myHABITAT Senses periodically reads the temperature and relative humidity of a room, storing them temporarily for subsequent transmission to your cellphone.
How to install your device
- Insert your favourite AAA alkaline battery in the back of the device. You can access the battery compartment by removing the screw on the battery cover using a Phillips screwdriver. (Battery and screwdriver not included)
- Find a wall to install your myHABITAT device, away from windows, heating/AC vents, fireplaces, appliances, and other sources of heat or electromagnetic interference.
- Peel off the protective liner from the interlocking tape and attach its adhesive surface vertically to the wall, 50 inches or 1.25m from the floor. Press and hold for a couple of minutes to ensure good adhesion.
- Peel the other liner to expose its adhesive and attach it to the back of the device. There are markers indicating its correct position. Press and hold for a couple of minutes as before.
- Attach your myHABITAT device to the wall.
- Download myHABITAT app from Apple’s App Store or from Google Play.
